Moving through the shadows, neutralizing threats before they cause problems is what I do. No one is safe from me.

I’m a loner.

It’s better that way. No family or friends to get hurt when I disappear. 

Except I can’t resist her. 

One night turns into two, the magnetic pull preventing me from leaving. For the first time, I want more. I’m tired of being a ghost and feeling lonely.

Then she leaves. So, I do the only thing I can do. I transform into a ghost once more, pushing thoughts of her out of my mind.

Until a mafia boss hires me to track her down and bring her back to him.
